At UNIONPEC, we take great pride in the quality and performance of our products. Every purchase includes 1 year of complimentary technical support starting from your delivery date. If you experience any operational or technical difficulties, our team is here to assist you with troubleshooting and guidance.

1. Return Guidelines & Shipping Costs

Please notify us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to initiate a return:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your return is inspected and approved by us for a product defect or store error, UNIONPEC will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If you no longer want the product or ordered by mistake, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Standard returns are accepted strictly for new, unused, and unopened items in their original packaging. Please do not ship your return until you have notified and received official approval from the UNIONPEC Team. Unapproved packages will not be received by shipping department.

2. How to Prepare Your Return Shipment

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps once your request is authorized:

  • Secure Packaging: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during return transit.

  • RMA Number: Clearly mark your RMA number on the exterior of the package (preferably in a large font).

  • Return Shipment: Ship the item back to our designated warehouse.

3. Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your full refund once the package is handed to the return shipper. This timeline accounts for:

  • Transit time back to our facility (5 to 10 business days)

  • Inspection and warehouse processing (5 to 10 business days)

  • Your bank’s processing time (5 to 10 business days)
